Main technical parameters:

 

Range of measurement: C: 0.0001%-10.0000% (can be extended to 99.9999%)

Analysis error: accord with GB/T20123-2006/ISO15350:2000 standard

Time of analysis: 20 to 60 seconds, could be adjusted. Around 35 seconds usually.

Allocation and main features:

1) Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer

Circuit:Adopt double CPU design, electronic circuit integration degree is high,steady and reliable. Adopt multistage hidden isolating circuit and opticaltransmission, which can settle the high-frequency interference thoroughly.

Power supply:Industrial integration linear module power supplies, stable output, trouble-free.

Light source:Tailor-made new platinum infrared light source, fever continued, and high efficiency of the spectral characteristics.

Analysis pond:Gilded C&S analysis pond, high-precision pyroelectricity infrared detector and high-performance amplifying circuit design, to insure the detection sensitivity and stability.

2) High-frequency Reaction Burner

High-frequency circuit: high-power High-frequency circuit design, ceramic vacuum capacitance, can burn without samples, lighten the load of High-frequency combustion system, lengthened the service life

Control circuit: automatic detection magnetic valve, go up and down cylinder and high frequency working condition.

 

Safety system: automatic overtime and overcurrent warning, to protect high-frequency furnace works in normal condition.

 

Gas circuit structure: gas-entrance circuit system (magnetic valve, pipe joint, go up and down cylinder), automatic leak hunting.

 

Dust pelletizing system: automatic cleaning device in the furnace end, patent ash-discharge system. Dedusting adopts internal pressure seal, tightness and evolution effect are good, easy to replace, can reduce the influence of dust to analysis results.

 

Furnace structure: heat in low tension, constant temperature in furnace end, can enhance percent conversion of S; stabilize the analysis result of S.

 

3) Software:

 

Analysis channel:provide channel management function,C&S channel can add, delete and edit by itself, no quantitative restriction.

 

Sample management: edit the name, logo of samples, increase and delete sample name.

 

Show function: C and S hold a curve box respectively; show the real-time data and C, S release curve in the analysis process dynamically.

 

Data processing function: The analysis results are stored by using the ACCESS database, all the analysis results and curves of C & S can be stored every time.

 

Inquiry function: the analysis results can be queried according to time, operator, sample name, logo and so on.

 

Software function: provide curve/data storage, blank deductions, set parameters, channel selection, mathematical statistics, the results correction and curve comparation function etc.

 

Print function: multiple print mode, the two print modes-laboratory and check station are provided, and it can plan print format by itself.

 

Self diagnosis function: System diagnosis, detecting sealing of the furnace head and gas chamber by software.

4) Computer and printer allocation:

Microcomputer: brand commercial microcomputer (standard configuration, can be allocated according to customers’ requirements)

5) Electronic balance: can be allocated with different brands and different parameter electronic balance according to customers’ requirements, data interface is unitized.

CS-8820 Type Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer Acceptance Standard

 

1. Repeatability

 

Select one material of the level 1 steel standard of our country (the mass fraction of carbon is between 0.400% and 1.000%, and sulfur is from 0.020% to 0.080%), operate according to instrument operation instruction manual, testing 11 times successively match with high-frequency furnace, the D-value between maximum and minimum of test result should less than or equal to 1.46r. computational formula as follows:

S:lgr = 0.62212lgω-1.9965

r: repeatability 

ω: the calibration value of tested materials 

 

2. Accuracy rating

 

Select the level 1 (steel or iron) standard of our country (the mass fraction of carbon is between 0.003% and 4.500%, and sulfur is from 0.002% to 0.100%), use high, middle and low samples,  match with high-frequency furnace , and operate according to instrument operation instruction manual, then revise. Testing 3 times every sample after revise, take the average value of the 3 test results, C & S should all less than or equal to the value of , formula as follows:
